Dongguan Leroy Far East Knitwear Ltd was established in 2002, a medium-sized company with more than 800 employees in factory and office level, specialized in sweater design and production.

With the profound experience in sweater business, we have managed to maintain high standard of quality control all the way from raw materials sourcing to final production.

Leroy made efforts in connecting with various yarn mills, garment factories and accessories suppliers both locally and from overseas, to develop a strong and stable supply chain to ensure production efficiency and product quality. All these paves the way for gaining the accreditation of ISO9001 quality management system in 2004. Leroy always aim for perfection and delivering fine quality products. We keep improving and evolving production lines and human resources management over the years to cope with trend and business environment changes, and that’s where we gain our goodwill and positive relationship with clients from.



SAMPLING





Sampling equipment is always up-to-date and is handled by our professional and qualified sampling team operators, from knitting formula drafting, pattern setting, knitting, linking to finishing – all within one sampling line to be work efficient.

EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES





A. COMPUTERIZED KNITTING MACHINE

A total of 298 sets covering 3,5,7,9,12,14 & 16 gauge and for whole garment 15 & 18 gauge. Shima Seiki — 131 set (Including Whole Garment) Beworth — 161 sets


B. HANGING SYSTEM

4 hanging systems with a total of 186 linking machines


C. METAL DETECTOR AND WINDING MACHINE

Hashima metal detector, imported from Japan. Winding machine for yarn waxing with 108 feeders and winding machine for yarn pre-twisting with 36 feeders.


D. ERP SYSTEM

With scanners utilized for data collecting throughout the whole production process, we are able to do risk analysis to ensure appropriate management in place, enhancing the ability of risk control and the traceability of product. The parameter collected from the production process would be used as an insight for forth-coming productions, to detect potential production issues and providing solutions on time for production optimization.



Location





Dongguan Leroy is located at Southern part of Dongguan city, one of the key places in China for production services. It’s closely connected to Hong Kong, Guangzhou Xiamen and other key cities with flight, high speed train, coach and metro, which make it much convenient for logistics or for guests to pay a visit.

SHIMA SEIKI has developed the SDS-ONE APEX series 3D design system through its extensive experience and know-how in the field of fashion technology. In addition to programming of knitting machines and pattern CAD functions, APEX series incorporates software specialized in textile design and simulation including flat knitting, circular knitting, printing and weaving.
